Explore how “inhibition” (pausing before responding) opens the door to welcome freedom of choice in movement and behavior. Guided “lie-downs,” Alexander Technique hands-on “turns” and "inhibition" games will facilitate our play.

is offering a limited number of full scholarships to NYC’s performing artists, good for any 2 classes in our Summer Series.
Offerings include Acting, Movement, Performance, Breath & Voice, Tai Chi, Yoga, and more.
